Emergency Lighting
Emergency lighting compliance in line with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and BS 5266. The platform schedules and records monthly function tests, annual full-duration tests, asset inspections, battery replacements, and remedial works
HVAC
HVAC compliance and statutory maintenance in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002, and Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012. The platform schedules and records PPMs for air handling units, ventilation systems, extract and supply fans, filters, F-Gas systems, air conditioning inspections (TM44), ductwork cleaning, and LEV testing. All servicing, performance data, and remedial actions are digitally logged, providing a robust audit trail to demonstrate compliance, system efficiency, and safe operation.
